Each source has its own ingestion adapter writing into a single fact store where every value carries its provenance, so packs render fully cited and unloaded metrics are declared rather than quietly omitted. Assessment established that a workbook of this size and formula complexity could not be lifted wholesale into a browser calculation engine, so we specified typed calculation modules covering site, cashflow, grant, debt, equity and viability, with the workbook retained as the methodology and parity baseline. Every model item was classified as user adjustable, administrator controlled, fixed methodology or derived output before any build began.

Discovery ahead of the build. It was built security first: a migration-backed schema, invite-only authentication with mandatory two-factor, row level security, audit controls and typed server-side data access, with no direct browser access to business data. Calendar and mail integration uses delegated per-user access rather than tenant-wide permissions.

We built the application and its server-side model gateway, and the commercial case around it: brand identity, product website, three-year strategy, financial model and phased roadmap.
